Welcome to the NEADTA website!

The NEADTA is the New England membership chapter for the American Dance Therapy Association. New England chapter members are made up of dance/movement therapists (both BC-DMT's and R-DMT's), retired dance/movement therapists, current dance/movement therapy graduate students, other professionals in the field of mental health and/or creative arts therapies and friends of dance/movement therapy. In order to be a chapter member you must also hold a national membership with the American Dance Therapy Association.

Whether you are a current member of the NEADTA, member of another chapter, past member, student or simply interested in learning more about dance/movement therapy in New England, we hope that you enjoy our website and find it useful. Please feel free to e-mail any suggestions or questions to the NEADTA with the subject line- website!

So what is Dance/Movement Therapy?
